Chicago Photowalk
Photowalking: is the act of walking with a camera for the main purpose of taking pictures of things you may find interesting. (See Wikipedia: Photowalking). It is usually a communal activity. It is often done as a method to practice and improve one’s own photography skills rather than a with specific focus on documentary photography.
PhotoWalking Flickr Group:
This page is my attempt to create my own Photowalking group.
My wife and I have recently moved from NYC to the Northern Suburbs of Chicago and I would like to meet some people interested in photography and explore my new found home.
If you are interested in coming for a photowalk please signup for email alerts of upcoming walks.
This invitation is open to everyone regardless of age or expertise.
Please see the attached Photowalking PDF for more information and a nifty name tag.
Scheduled Photowalks:
Sorry nothing scheduled yet. I am hoping to have the first walk in late March early April.
Feel free to Email me with suggestions for locations.
